TempExperts is working with a well-known Law Firm in Tampa, Florida seeking a Legal Receptionist. This is a Direct Hire position.
An ideal candidate would be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, capable of typing a minimum of 55 WPM, and be able to effectively learn new programs quickly.
Position Summary:
Managing the front desk; answering phones, calendaring, welcoming visitors
Operate a multi-line phone system
Supporting paralegals and office staff as needed
Assisting with facilities services such as setting up conference rooms for meetings
Office services; printing, copying, scanning, stocking supplies, etc.
Data entry
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for a variety of tasks
Calendaring (using Outlook); scheduling meetings, depositions, etc.
Additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
College preferred, High School degree minimum
3+ years’ experience in administrative/receptionist roles
Excellent time management
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to type at least 55 WPM
Legal experience is a plus
