TempExperts is seeking a Member Services Representative  to join a thriving Tampa Bank! 

Responsibilities will include:
  • Process inbound calls from bank  members with questions about their accounts, payments, and other needs.
  • Cross-selling according to member needs. 
  • Work  in multiple tabs and multiple screens on a computer.
  • Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
  • Maintain utmost professionalism and confidentiality. 

Required Skills and Attributes: 
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, processing a high-volume of inbound calls.
  • Proper phone etiquette, including a positive demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask between incoming calls and logging notes/orders.
  • Speak and type clearly and accurately, using proper grammar.
  • Demonstrate compassion and patience, making callers the primary focus.
