TempExperts is seeking an HR Assistant!
This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: reception, employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, and recruitment/employment.
This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization. The HR Administrative Assistant must be sensitive to corporate needs, confidentiality, employee goodwill, and the business needs.
- Receptionist duties: call processing, greeting guests, front gate management.
- Organize and Maintain employee files and databases in a confidential manner.
- Call potential applicants (at the direction of the recruiting team) to arrange interviews.
- Coordinate with outside vendors for interview scheduling.
- Process call-outs and communicate them to the appropriate party.
- 1-2 years supporting a Human Resources Department
- 1-2 years reception or administrative experience
- Computer savvy
- Excellent time management
- Strong multi-tasker
- Great written and verbal communication skills
