A Tampa Financial Institution is seeking a Banking Operations Specialist to join their team. This employee will be responsibility for coordinating the daily operations and processes of their department.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Communicate with leaders and managers to ensure effective operations, minimize losses, assist with clarifications on existing policies and procedures, and deal with requests to add new or change existing policies and procedures.
- Produce regular reports for managers and personnel including quality control reports, general ledger reconciliations, etc.
- Research, develop, recommend, implement, communicate, and enforce new policies and procedures to promote efficient operations.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-3 years of previous operations experience
- 2-3 years of previous banking experience
- High school degree or GED required
- Team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Proficient problem-solving skills
