Outbound customer service representatives needed to work on behalf of a leading financial services organization. Company offers a fun and laidback environment with a somewhat flexible schedule, supportive management, and a casual dress code. In this role, you’ ll be asked to call suppliers and vendors, navigating to identify the decision-maker to talk about changing the way their customers pay them. As such, you will be required to explain the new payment system, transition process, and other details. If they do not want to participate in the update, objection-handling will apply. During these calls, information needs to be collected and entered into Salesforce (a customer relationship management system, CRM).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic computer and browser skills
- Call Center Experience
- B2B Outbound calling to the customers of a very large client

- High School Diploma or equivalent certification
- Typing 40 WPM
- Punctual and reliable
- Copying and pasting
- Phone customer service
- Working in multiple tabs in a web browser
- Business to business calling
