Supply Chain Analyst
St. Petersburg, FL
Direct Hire | Full-Time

TempExperts is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This Direct Hire position plays a key role in coordinating materials, managing inventory, analyzing costs, and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and skilled at cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with external vendors to resolve issues, negotiate pricing, and build strong partnerships.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Production to support on-time delivery and resolve supply chain challenges.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods.
  • Perform cost analysis, inventory analysis, and assist in budgeting for planning-related activities.
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager with planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
  • Supervise, guide, and mentor other analysts as required.
  • Create and maintain schedules for projects and material flow.
  • Establish goals, policies, and procedures related to planning and supply chain operations.
  • Communicate proactively with managers, supervisors, and colleagues on all planning and supply chain matters.

Requirements / Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) hierarchy and product release cycles.
  • Knowledge of product life cycle management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Google Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
