Administrative Assistant
Clearwater, FL

TempExperts is seeking an Administrative Assistant with to join a CPA Firm in Clearwater, FL!

**Must have CPA/Tax administrative experience***

Responsibilities:
  • Utilizing Excel for reports and tracking.
  • Processing tax returns, extensions and tax return documents.
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, handling some email correspondences, etc.
  • Screening and routing inbound phone calls.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Associates or Bachelors preferred; minimum high school diploma with work experience equivalency.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Great written and verbal communication.
  • Problem-solving, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Reliable and timely, great attendance.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours or on weekends as required to meet deadlines.
