TempExperts is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a government organization located in Tampa, FL.

*Must be bilingual in Creole and English**

Responsibilities will include:
  • Assist walk-in applicants in need of application assistance in onsite computer center.
  • Answer questions about programs, application processes, etc.
  • Work in multiple tabs and multiple screens on a computer.
  • Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
  • Maintain utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
Required Skills and Attributes:
  • Bilingual in English and Creole is required.
  • Tech-savvy, computer literate required.
  • Proper phone etiquette, including a positive demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask between assisting applicants and logging notes/orders.
  • Speak and type clearly and accurately, using proper grammar.
  • Demonstrate compassion and patience, making applicants the primary focus.
