TempExperts is recruiting for a Junior Records Clerk to join a legal firm in Tampa.
This associate will be primarily responsible for the subpoena process: sending out subpoenas for records, creating subpoena logs, and checking record portals for records that come in.
Responsibilities will include:
Monitoring, organizing, and maintaining the subpoena process.
Download, organize, and upload various documents and file types.
Become familiar with court rules and filing procedures
Prepare court forms such as summons and subpoenas
Coordinate meetings
Document management and organization, saving to network, indexing for file room
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a legal firm
High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Effective communication ability
Computer-savvy, able to easily learn new programs
