We are urgently looking for a Shipping and Receiving associates in the Tampa, FL bay area. That can do the following experience:
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs final production processing such as cleaning, oiling, labeling, visual inspection, wrapping, and packing of parts and other tasks as required to facilitate and expedite timely shipping of orders according to shipping instructions and customer requirements.
Receives, unpacks, examines and routes incoming parcels and freight, rejects damaged items, verifies quantities, records shortages, and reconciles receiving/purchase documentation.
Maintain supplies and delivers and retrieves supplies to and from work or storage areas.
Operates forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper departments or areas.
Performs general housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the shipping and inventory areas to ensure the areas are maintained, clean, accessible and safe.
Maintain equipment in a clean manner and ensure that all equipment is handled and stored properly such that it will be protected from damage when not in use.
Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Detail oriented.
Clear communication skills (oral and written).
Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
Be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
