Job Summary:
TempExperts is partnered with a thriving insurance company for a Property and Casualty Insurance Representative position in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate must have their 20-44 Lines in good standing with the state of Florida. This role will focus on Personal Lines and must be familiar with Auto & Home Insurance.
Responsibilities:
Work in a customer-focused environment providing a high level of support to our clientele.
This encompasses sales and service functions including servicing existing insurance policies.
Processing new business applications and facilitating renewals and amendments.
The role will also help manage our day-to-day agents and support staff.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and skilled at multitasking.
Requirements:
Current 20-44 license in good standing with the state of Florida.
High School Diploma.
Knowledge of general insurance underwriting policies/procedures and adherence to compliance guidelines as set forth with individual carriers.
Continued education requirements must be up to date.
Communicate effectively with others in a teamwork environment and with the public.
Basic knowledge of P.C. software applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, Etc.)
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills including sales skills of insurance products.
Proposals and presentations (samples may be required at the time of interview).
