TempExperts is seeking a talented Accountant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Tampa, FL. This Accountant will be a critical team member with this organization.Â
Essential Duties and Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:
Posts journal entries
Reconciles various general ledger accounts.
Prepares supporting schedules by gathering information from the general ledger and/or departments.
Answers accounting questions for leadership and branches by researching and interpreting data.
Assists with the preparation of sales and use tax and/or other business taxes.
Assists with accounts payable and/or accounts receivable functions.
Completes projects on time and accurately.
Other duties as assigned.
Education, Skill, and/or Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree within an Accounting Field and 5+ years of experience OR equivalent combination of experience may be considered.
Sales and use tax experience preferred but not required.Â
Organization and communication skills must be exceptional.
Computer skills need to be broad based.
