TempExperts is seeking a Finance Director to lead and enhance the financial operations of our U.S. division based in Miami, FL. This senior leadership role is responsible for financial strategy, reporting, compliance, and system optimization, with a focus on process improvement and integration. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP, a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, and a hands-on leadership style.
Responsibilities:
Direct all U.S. financial operations, including cash-flow planning, general ledger oversight, and transaction analysis.
Oversee accounts payable processes, vendor payments, and SAP invoice approvals.
Manage banking and treasury activities, ensuring accurate reconciliations and timely reporting.
Lead the finance team, providing mentorship and driving operational efficiencies.
Oversee monthly and year-end close processes, including accruals, adjustments, and reconciliations.
Manage Concur processes, including reporting, compliance, and employee training.
Coordinate sales and use tax reporting, recurring compliance, and quarterly tax filings.
Conduct accounts receivable analysis and support collections efforts.
Develop and monitor budgets across departments and projects.
Oversee intercompany reconciliations and consolidation inputs.
Lead SAP system enhancements, testing, and upgrades.
Partner on acquisition-related financial analysis, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
Serve as the primary liaison for external tax advisors and audit partners.
Support preparation of consolidated financial statements and federal, state, and franchise tax filings, including 1099 reporting.
Requirements/Education:
Proven experience in senior-level finance leadership roles.
Demonstrated expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Strong background in SAP integration, transition, and financial systems management.
In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and budgeting.
Track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
Skilled in process optimization and financial analysis.
