TempExperts is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a reputable company in Miami. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven success in managing receivables and collections.
Responsibilities:
Generate and issue invoices to clients.
Post customer payments and reconcile accounts.
Monitor aging reports and follow up on past due accounts.
Assist with cash application and bank reconciliations.
Support month-end close related to AR.
Requirements/Education:
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of AR experience.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
