We’re looking for an experienced and detail-driven AP/AR Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about keeping financial operations running smoothly. If you enjoy problem-solving, improving processes, and being a key part of a growing team, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
Accounts Payable
Process vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness
Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Prepare weekly check runs and assist with payment scheduling
Maintain updated vendor records and ensure proper documentation
Accounts Receivable
Generate customer invoices and apply payments
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts
Reconcile customer accounts and research payment issues
Assist in month-end closing tasks and reporting
General Accounting Support
Assist with bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
Support the finance team with audits and process improvements
Maintain organized and compliant financial records
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of combined AP/AR experience (multi-industry a plus)
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
