Job Summary:
TempExperts is partnered with a top-ranking Tampa, FL law firm for an Accounts Payable Clerk. The ideal candidate will have Aderant experience and needs to be detail-oriented, organized, and have a knack for managing financial transactions. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Transfer data into Aderant, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Invoice Processing: Handle accounts payable tasks, including invoice receipt, review, and approval.
Vendor Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Excel Skills: Work proficiently in Excel for data management.
Accounts Payable Support: Assist with various AP-related tasks.
Qualifications:
Aderant Experience: Prior experience using Aderant software is a strong plus.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with law firms or professional services industry.
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with data entry and computer-based tasks.
Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel for data manipulation.
