Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments.
Maintain accurate AP files and records.
Requirements/Education:
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of AP experience.
Proficiency with Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills for vendor relations.
