TempExperts is seeking an experienced Accounts PayableSpecialist for a stable, growing organization based in Tampa, FL that values teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process
Perform three-way matching and enter approved invoices into SAP
Process weekly vendor payments by check, ACH, and credit card
Maintain accurate vendor records, W-9s, and compliance documentation
Reconcile bank accounts, AP aging reports, prepaid expenses, petty cash, and credit card transactions
Assist with month-end close activities
Prepare and issue annual 1099 forms
Respond to vendor inquiries and help resolve payment issues
Provide general accounting and administrative support
Assist with occasional front desk coverage, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience
Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
Strong understanding of accounts payable, invoicing, general ledger, chart of accounts, and basic financial statements
Experience with SAP or another ERP or accounting system preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential financial information
Strong customer service and teamwork skills
