TempExperts is seeking an  Administrative Assistant with a government agency St. Petersburg, FL for a temporary assignment.Â
This employee will be responsible for providing administrative support and perform general office duties. Leasing experience preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting VP staff.Â
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Data entry and processing facility-related correspondence.
Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
Processing regularly scheduled reports for the management team.
Performs administrative work involving applicant and property management.
Review applications ensuring all housing and income documentation is complete.
Assist with property assets, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Maintains files and contracts ensuring compliance.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years office administrative experience.
Experience working with housing or apartment leasing experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office.
Familiar with basic office equipment such as fax, printer, scanner, copier, etc.
Well-organized and comfortable multi-tasking.
Comfortable working on a timeline and large caseloads.
Excellent communicator – written and verbal.
Bilingual a plus.
