TempExperts is seeking an  Administrative Assistant for an established company in Tampa, FL.Â
This employee will be responsible for providing administrative support and perform general office duties. Legal experience preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting VP staff.Â
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Data entry and processing facility-related correspondence.
Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
Processing regularly scheduled reports for the management team.
Performs administrative work involving applicant and property management.
Review applications ensuring all housing and income documentation is complete.
Maintains files and contracts ensuring compliance.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years office administrative experience.
Proficient in MS Office.
Familiar with basic office equipment such as fax, printer, scanner, copier, etc.
Well-organized and comfortable multi-tasking.
Comfortable working on a timeline and large caseloads.
Excellent communicator – written and verbal.
Bilingual a plus.
