Administrative Support Coordinator Direct Hire West Palm Beach, FL
TempExperts is currently seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator with a focus on billing and inventory management for a well-established and growing company in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, process all incoming calls, and messages for managers and staff.
Greet customers and be a positive representative of the company.
Maintain equipment repair log.
Monitors distribution of customer equipment and parts.
Coding vendor invoices and packing lists.
Collect and review work orders and provide pricing according to contracts and price agreements.
Assist in annual reconciliation and counting of inventory.
Assist and coordinate customer billing.
Reconciliation of petty cash monthly.
Monitor time entry and process biweekly hours.
Prepare complex data spreadsheets, graphs, reports, and other documentation.
Typing, word processing, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry packages on a as they arrive that may weigh up to 15 lbs.
Able to stand and walk occasionally during the day while carrying packages to other locations in the office
. Qualifications:
Minimum High school degree required. Associate degree, or some college/business courses, is preferred.
Minimum 3+ years administrative support experience.
Basic understating of accounting cost, revenue, and billing.
Typing speed 55 WPM.
Requires strong computer skills with a strong focus in Excel and Word; Microsoft Dynamics AX Experience preferred.
Accounting experience including understanding of cost & revenue and billing.
Strong written and oral communication skills including greeting customers in person and on the telephone.
Capable of dealing with internal and external clients in a tactful, professional manner.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
