Administrative Support Coordinator Immediate Hire - 3-week Temp Assignment Tampa, FL
TempExperts is currently seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator with a focus on scanning and inventory management for a well-established company in Tampa, FL. This is an immediate need for a 3-week temporary assignment.
Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, process all incoming calls, and messages for managers and staff.
Greet customers and be a positive representative of the company.
Scan, document, and maintain inventory spreadsheets.
Collect and review work orders.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry packages on a as they arrive that may weigh up to 15 lbs.
Able to stand and walk occasionally during the day while carrying packages to other locations in the office.
. Qualifications:
Minimum High school degree required.
Minimum 3+ years administrative support experience.
Requires strong computer skills with a strong focus in Excel and Word experience preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills including greeting customers in person and on the telephone.
Capable of dealing with internal and external clients in a tactful, professional manner.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
