TempExperts is recruiting for an Associate Attorney that has General Liability/Casualty experience 3+ years of Civil Litigation (Casualty)
In this position you will be responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner. You will be conducting accident scene inspections with experts, drafting reports, and analyzing liability, causation, and damages. You will conduct your own depositions, attend hearings, and argue your own motions. You will also be responsible for interviewing witnesses, expert depositions, negotiations with opposing counsel, and conducting legal research.
Must haves include:
3+ years of civil litigation experience. Litigation experience is preferred in casualty, premises or product liability, or complex litigation.
Ability to handle files from inception to trial.
Experience with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent research and writing abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research skills, and a strong work ethic.
Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
