Associate Attorney Casualty & General Liability
Orlando, FL
Direct Hire - Full Time

We are hiring an Associate Attorney that has strong academic credentials and references along with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in casualty, premises or product liability or complex litigation.

The  Associate Attorney will be responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial, with the supervising partner. Additionally, the Senior Associate Attorney will be conducting accident scene inspections alongside experts, drafting reports and analyzing liability, causation and damages. The associates will conduct their own depositions, attend hearings and argue their own motions. Senior Associate Attorneys will be responsible for interviewing witnesses, expert depositions, negotiations with opposing counsel, and conducting legal research.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5 + years of civil litigation experience. Litigation experience preferred in casualty, premises or product liability or complex litigation.
  • Ability to manage files from inception to trial.
  • Experience with depositions, hearings, meditation and trial.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent research and writing abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
