We are hiring an Associate Attorney with 0-5 years of experience for an established Elder Law firm in the Martin County Area. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience in Estate planning, Probate & Trust administration, Guardianship.
Responsibilities:
Conducting thorough reviews and analyses of clients' financial and personal situations to develop effective estate plans.
Providing guidance on complex estate and gift tax matters
Working with paralegals, the senior attorney and support staff.
Drafting and, once experienced, finalizing pleadings and estate planning.
Assisting in the prep work for discovery and both walk through and contested hearings.
Compassionately working with clients often experiencing emotional events.
Learning practice related software and billing practices.
Interacting with court and clerk personnel and other attorneys in a professional manner for the benefit of our clients.
Qualifications:
Part Time considered - Full Time Preferred
Law degree from an accredited law school.
0-5 + years litigation experience in elder law or similar field.
