Attorney – Health Care Mergers and Acquisitions (5 Years Experience)
Location: St. Petersburg, Florida
Carterwill Search, a Temp Experts company, is seeking an experienced attorney on behalf of a leading Florida law firm to join its Health Care Practice. This is a high-impact role for a legal professional with deep expertise in health care regulatory compliance, transactional matters, and mergers and acquisitions.
Position Overview
You will work with a sophisticated client base that includes health care providers, physician groups, private equity investors, and other businesses operating in the health care sector. The role involves supporting transactions ranging from practice acquisitions and joint ventures to large-scale mergers and private equity deals. You will also advise clients on compliance, licensing, and operational issues across the health care landscape.
Qualifications
•Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership or eligibility for admission
•Minimum five years of experience in health care law, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions or corporate transactions
 • Familiarity with Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and related regulatory frameworks preferred
• Exceptional drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters with a strong client service orientation
