TempExperts is seeking an experienced Production Planner for a well-established aviation maintenance company in Miami/Doral area. This Direct Hire position plays a key role in ensuring timely and efficient scheduling, coordination, and execution of engine repair projects within a fast-paced MRO environment.
Responsibilities:
Review work scopes to understand repair requirements and customer deliverables.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Outside Services, and support departments to identify and track material needs.
Ensure internal and external repair work orders are issued and managed to meet daily production priorities.
Work closely with department supervisors to allocate resources and meet project timelines.
Stage engine modules for assembly according to daily and weekly priorities.
Distribute weekly progress and discrepancy reports.
Participate in production and induction meetings, ensuring follow-up on key action items.
Develop work-around plans to meet surge capacity and expedited delivery demands.
Confirm availability of parts, materials, and tooling needed for planned tasks.
Ensure compliance with FAA and company quality standards.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and output.
Collaborate with mechanics and leads to communicate and manage delivery expectations.
Requirements/Education:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Production Planner or Coordinator.
Aviation MRO experience required (CFM56 family experience preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Prior experience with Quantum aviation software preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
