Job Description
TempExperts is hiring for a Care Coordination Supervisor that will lead the customer service/care coordination department in a busy medical company.
About the Role: The Care Coordination Department is responsible for creating a positive experience by providing a superior level of customer service to our patients, clients, prospective clients, and network providers. They will be responsible for ordering medical products and services needed by Workers' Compensation patients. The Care Coordinator is the first and main point of contact for our clients, patients, and network providers.
Qualifications - The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of previous supervisory experience. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the team provides excellent customer service, that daily tasks are completed, ongoing training needs are addressed, data gathering and report preparation, and working closely with other department supervisors and staff to ensure appropriate coordination between company departments.

- Supervise the Customer Service/Care Coordination Team.
- Anticipate, identify, and solve problems.
- Train, support, motivate, encourage, and correct team members.
- Assist the Care Coordination Team with daily tasks and monthly goals.
- Presence on company social media required.
Requirements-
- 4 or more years of experience supervising a customer service or Care Coordination department.
- 2 or more years of customer service experience.
- Medical experience is necessary.
- Medical experience with homecare products and services.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Bilingual required (Spanish, Portuguese, or other) -
- You must be fluent in English (read, write, speak).
