Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Tampa, FL

TempExperts is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join a government organization in Tampa, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, computer-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role plays a vital part in supporting the community by helping applicants access essential social services.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls from applicants seeking social service support with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information on program eligibility, application processes, and required documentation.
  • Guide applicants through the online portal and educate them on completing applications successfully.
  • Navigate efficiently across multiple computer systems, tabs, and screens.
  • Demonstrate exemplary attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Maintain confidentiality and the highest standards of customer service.

Required Skills and Attributes:
  • 1–3 years of administrative or customer service experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • Experience with Yardi or Rent Café software is a plus.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional phone etiquette, with clear verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to multitask while accurately logging notes and handling calls.
  • Compassionate, patient, and client-focused approach.
  • Ontime dependability and reliability a must.
