Job Description

Bilingual Property Associate
South Tampa, FL

TempExperts is looking for a Bilingual Property Associate with Procurement experience for a position with a government company in Tampa, FL.

**Yardi experience is a plus but not a requirement.**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Utilizing Excel for reports, tracking, and other tasks.
  • Utilizing Word for correspondence and scheduling.
  • Managing office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, handling some email correspondences, etc.
  • Screening and routing inbound phone calls.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required. 
  • Other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications: 
  • 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent customer service skills. 
  • Great written and verbal communication.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Financial/procurement is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Yardi experience is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Reliable and timely, great attendance.
