Bilingual Receptionist 
Brickell Neighborhood/Miami, FL
Temporary Assignment

TempExperts is supporting a short-term receptionist role to provide onsite front-desk coverage from December 17 – December 31.

**Complimentary parking available.**

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls.
  • Greet and receive guests (minimal expected).
  • Check, sort, and distribute mail.
  • Brew morning coffee.
  • Lock the office at the end of the day.
  • Perform standard receptionist and administrative support duties.
  • Complete one day of training and then work independently.

Requirements/Education:
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Presentable, personable, and professional demeanor.
  • Positive attitude and strong dependability.
  • Ability to commit fully to the assignment schedule.
