Clearwater, FL

TempExperts is seeking a Bookkeeper for a well-established Telecommunication company in Clearwater, FL!

**The ideal candidate MUST have experience in AIA billing, construction, contracts, and QuickBooks experience to be considered.**

Summary:
The ideal candidate for this position will be expected to complete bookkeeping and accounting duties for internal and external clients.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Administer general ledger coding, check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
  • Process accounts payable and receivables.
  • Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
  • Organize and prepare work papers as supporting documentation to client deliverables.
  • Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information.
  • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Some administrative duties as assigned.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Experience/Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Experience in Accounting (Construction Industry preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience. 
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and/or Excel. 
  • Exceptional customer relations skills.
  • Experience in Job Cost Accounting.
  • Proficient in AIA invoicing and progress billing, Notice to owner and lien release processing.
  • Proficient use of applicable technology.
  • Experience in Construction and/or contracting preferred.
