TempExperts is partnering with a modern, upscale showroom seeking an experienced Building Material Sales Representative to grow and maintain accounts with builders, contractors, designers, and architects across the Tampa Bay area (primarily Pinellas County). This full-time, onsite role blends outside sales with in-showroom support, providing clients with product expertise, quotes, and guidance throughout the sales process.

What you’ll be doing:
Developing and maintaining accounts with builders, contractors, designers, and architects.
Conducting sales calls and meeting with showroom customers to showcase products.
Educating clients on product options and Florida construction codes.
Reading blueprints and performing accurate material take-offs.
Preparing quotes, coordinating with vendors, and managing the full sales cycle.
Tracking customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up.
What we’re looking for:
Knowledge of building materials and Florida construction codes.
Ability to read blueprints and perform take-offs.
Strong math, computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Sales experience preferred; construction or lumberyard backgrounds are a plus.
Reliable personal vehicle for client visits.
Minimum 1 year of sales or construction experience.
