TempExperts is partnering with a modern, high-end showroom environment seeking a driven and knowledgeable sales professional to build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and architects across the Tampa Bay area (primarily Pinellas County).

What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and architects
Conduct sales calls and meet with walk-in showroom clients
Educate customers on product offerings and Florida construction codes
Read blueprints and perform accurate material take-offs
Prepare quotes, coordinate with vendors, and manage the full sales cycle
Track customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
Knowledge of building materials and Florida construction codes
Ability to read blueprints and perform take-offs
Strong math, computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
Sales experience preferred; construction or lumberyard background a plus
Reliable personal vehicle for client visits
Minimum of 1 year of sales or construction-related experience
