TempExperts is seeking a CAM Machine Operator for a thriving manufacturing company located in the Clearwater/Largo area! This position will train on the 1st shift then move into 2nd shift, Monday through Friday position.
The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and have multi-spindle screw machines and set-up experience. CAM Drive experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Use and understand measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and height gages for precision work. CMM and surface tester experience is preferred .
Read and interpret blueprints.
Perform machine setup and minor repairs for machine maintenance.
Ensure product meets production standards.
Conduct testing to confirm parts are within appropriate tolerances.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Ability to follow company production guidelines.
Follow all safety procedures and pass internal certification training.
Strong attention to detail.
Mechanically inclined.
