CNC Machinist -Â MasterCAM or CAM software Tampa, FL
TempExperts is seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Machinist with MasterCAM or similar CAM software.to join our client’s production team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-precision parts that meet exact specifications and quality standards. You’ll operate CNC machinery, maintain production schedules, and ensure a safe, organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts with precision and accuracy.
Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure parts meet design requirements.
Deliver completed parts on time and free of defects.
Monitor production quality and report any issues or delays to the Production Supervisor.
Suggest process improvements or alternative solutions when challenges arise.
Maintain accurate production records and schedules.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Properly store tools, materials, and hazardous substances.
Follow all OSHA safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
Participate in cross-training and support other production tasks as needed.
Arrive on time and adhere to scheduled work hours.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities (As Needed):
Operate secondary equipment such as saws, grinders, and other tools.
Inspect and verify the quality of all finished products.
Qualifications:
Proficiency with MasterCAM or similar CAM software.
One-year certificate from a technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and quality control.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
