What You’ll Do
Set up and operate CNC machines.
Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offsets.
Read and interpret blueprints with precision.
Utilize micrometers, calipers, and gauges for accurate measurements.
Ensure parts meet strict quality standards and tolerances.
Conduct inspections and testing of finished components.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
Assist with additional machining tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience.Â
Strong blueprint reading skills.
Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
High attention to detail and quality.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new machines.
Knowledge of G & M code.
Ability to edit programs offline (preferred).
Strong communication skills and team mentality.
Reliable with strong attendance record.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
