TempExperts is hiring a Care Coordinator for a thriving healthcare company in Lakewood Ranch, FL. 

Job Summary:
The Care Coordinator will coordinate services with care and empathy and provide exceptional support to patients, clients, and staff.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
  • Foster and maintain a professional relationship while building a strong rapport with patients and clients.
  • Assist patients and clients via phone, email, text, and fax in a communication center environment.
  • Process appointment assignments through company navigation  software.
  • Maintains excellence in customer service by being compassionate, empathetic, and responsive to the needs of internal and external community.
  • Always maintain patient and family confidentiality.
  • Provides a supportive atmosphere to people seeking information and assists with program information.
  • Continually builds trust with community partners .
  • Promotes leadership and teamwork.
 Minimum Qualifications Required:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written and communication skills.
  • Excellent typing and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare reimbursement.
