Community Law/HOA Litigation Paralegal St. Petersburg Direct Hire
TempExperts is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a thriving team at a St. Petersburg Law Firm. This is a very demanding position that is document-intensive, fast-paced, and deadline driven. A perfect match will be an excellent communicator with time-management and organizational skills.
This employee will need to have proven, relevant experience to set them up for success.
**Must have 3+ years legal support experience in Community Association/HOA **
Responsibilities:
Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and binders with contracts, real estate documents, and corporate documents.
Working closely with Condo, HOA, and Co-Op board members.
Schedule, coordinate materials, and prepare attorneys for client meetings.
Establish and organize files; monitor deadlines; input information into file database.
Create letters, legal documents and memos in Word, spreadsheets in Excel, and presentations in PowerPoint.
Perform general clerical duties (photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, etc.).
Qualifications:
High school diploma.
Paralegal degree/certificate.
3+ years legal support experience in Community Association/HOA.
Able to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple, detailed tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Must have strong PC skills with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint); experience in Filesite/ iManage is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe.
Highly organized, results oriented and ability to work in a multi-functional team environment.
