TempExperts is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager for an aviation maintenance and repair organization specializing in turbine engine services in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in aviation, exceptional communication skills, and experience managing customer relationships within an MRO environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide weekly status reports to customers outlining engine progress, additional findings, and any updates to schedules or cost estimates.
Attend production meetings as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure clear communication of priorities and deliverables.
Review and confirm engine information to ensure accurate cost estimates before work begins.
Maintain strong communication channels between the organization and customers to foster collaboration and trust.
Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage part purchases, repairs, and usage to maximize profitability and efficiency.
Communicate customer quality control or records issues promptly and professionally.
Solicit additional engine, component, and field service repair opportunities.
Travel occasionally as needed to meet with customers or attend industry events.
Requirements/Education:
Strong technical background with CFM56, V2500, CF6, or similar turbofan engines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within aviation MRO or engine services.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Aviation experience required.
Preferred:
Experience with Quantum aviation software.
Salesforce or CRM experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
