Data Entry Admin Hamilton, OH Temporary Project Assignment | 2–3 Months Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
TempExperts is seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Administrators for a temporary project supporting a high-volume payroll and timekeeping operation in Hamilton, OH. This position will focus on accurately entering and verifying employee timesheet information, reconciling payroll data, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining accurate and confidential records.
Responsibilities:
Enter employee timesheet information accurately and efficiently into company systems.
Review and verify hours worked for accuracy and completeness.
Reconcile timesheet information with payroll and tax records.
Identify and resolve discrepancies involving employee hours, payroll data, and tax information.
Maintain organized payroll records and supporting documentation.
Assist with administrative tasks related to payroll and reporting.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
Communicate with internal team members regarding missing, incomplete, or incorrect timesheet information.
Perform additional administrative and data-entry duties as needed.
Requirements:
Previous data entry, payroll, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working with numbers and performing basic reconciliations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with payroll systems.
Knowledge of payroll taxes and payroll reconciliation.
Experience processing, reviewing, or auditing employee timesheets.
