Discovery Paralegal
Direct Hire North Palm Beach, FL
Job Summary:
The Discovery Paralegal will support a group of assigned attorneys. The candidate will have the option for a hybrid remote work schedule after initial waiting period.
Responsibilities:
Drafting of discovery and responses.
Records Review.
Drafting Reports.
Assisting the attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediation, arbitration and trials.
Prepare the initial draft discovery responses for review by attorney.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience (Plaintiff or Defense) required.
Solid knowledge of federal and state court procedures.
Draft Medical Summaries and case reports, and prepare witness list.
Must have high level of computer expertise, including Word and Acrobat. Time Matters Experience is a plus.
Experience with Bodily Injury Experience is a plus.
