Job Description

Executive Assistant
Tampa, FL

TempExperts is seeking an Executive Assistant in Tampa, FL for a government company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Taking board meeting minutes.
Budget presentations.
Utilizing Excel for reports, tracking, and other tasks.
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, handling some email correspondences, etc.
Screening and routing inbound phone calls.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of relevant experience.
Property Maintenance experience is preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent customer service skills.
Great written and verbal communication.
Problem-solving and organizational skills.
Reliable and timely, great attendance.
Experience with Yardi is preferred.
