TempExperts is recruiting for Associate Attorney that has a minimum of 3+ years of First Party experience.
Candidates should have strong academic credentials and excellent research and writing abilities. Top candidates will have practical management experience, including depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)
3+ years of civil litigation experience. Litigation experience preferred in first party property defense.
Ability to manage files from inception to trial.
Experience with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent research and writing abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research skills and strong work ethic.
Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
