TempExperts is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Forklift & Machine Operator to join a growing light industrial team in Tampa, FL. Position Overview
In this role, you will play a critical part in daily operations by safely transporting materials, operating industrial equipment, and supporting production teams. Success in this position requires attention to detail, strong equipment handling skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized facility.
Key Responsibilities
Safely load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
Operate forklifts and other machinery in compliance with safety standards
Inspect materials for damage, shortages, and quality concerns
Maintain accurate inventory records and activity logs
Assist with production, equipment operation, and general facility upkeep
Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Qualifications
Proven forklift experience with a strong safety record
Experience with industrial equipment (e.g., conveyors, hydraulics) preferred
Detail-oriented with strong problem-identification skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Reliable and able to consistently work overnight shifts
