TempExperts is seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator to safely and efficiently move pallets, products, and materials throughout a busy industrial facility in Lilesville, NC. This position requires someone who is comfortable operating a front end loader and understands the importance of safe equipment operation, accurate material placement, and maintaining an organized work environment.
**This is a 12-hour AM shift and must have weekend flexibility**
Responsibilities:
Operate a front end loader to safely move pallets, products, and materials throughout the facility.
Place pallets and materials in designated areas to support efficient production and operations.
Handle materials carefully to prevent damage to products, pallets, and equipment.
Inspect materials for damage and report shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns.
Maintain accurate activity and inventory records as required.
Follow established safety procedures, company policies, and applicable regulations.
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
Perform other duties related to material handling and facility operations as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience operating a front end loader.
Experience moving pallets, materials, or products in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong understanding of safe equipment operation.
Attention to detail and ability to work carefully around people, equipment, and materials.
Ability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
OSHA certification is preferred but not required.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
