HR Administrative Assistant
St. Petersburg, FL


TempExperts is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a government company. This position will support a busy HR Department in St. Petersburg, FL.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Utilizing Excel for reports, tracking, and other tasks.
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, handling some email correspondences, etc.
  • Screening and routing inbound phone calls.
  • Assist HR and Payroll functions including training, onboarding, recruiting, and legal compliance.
  • Front Desk responsibilities include greeting and assisting walk-in clients.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication in person, on the phone, and through e-mail correspondence. 
  • Other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Payroll experience preferred.
  • 45 WPM typing assessment required for consideration. 
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent typing and customer service skills.
  • Great written and verbal communication.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Reliable and timely, great attendance.
