This is a full-time, onsite position offering $24/hour + commission, ideal for candidates who enjoy phone-based sales, patient engagement, and working in a metrics-driven, high-impact environment.

What you’ll be doing:
Serving as the first point of contact for patients once a medical device is prescribed.
Making proactive outbound calls to educate patients on treatment benefits and next steps.
Building rapport and overcoming hesitation through persuasive, compassionate communication.
Assisting with insurance verification, billing questions, and authorization support.
Managing inbound and outbound follow-ups to secure patient commitment.
Re-engaging patients who have stalled in onboarding or treatment.
Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, clinical, billing, logistics, and customer service teams.
Documenting patient interactions accurately in CRM/EMR systems.
Meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to outreach, conversions, and patient satisfaction.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, telesales, or similar).
Strong phone presence with confidence in cold calling and objection handling.
Ability to translate clinical or technical information into patient-friendly language.
Comfortable working in a goal-driven, metrics-based environment.
Healthcare, insurance, or billing experience is a plus (not required).
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or EMR platforms.
