TempExperts is seeking a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Telesales Specialist to support patients as they begin their at-home recovery process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a call-center environment, excels at patient communication, and enjoys helping individuals feel confident using their prescribed rehab devices. This is an onsite position located in Clearwater, FL.Â
Responsibilities:
Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to patients.
Educate patients on the use of their rehab device and answer questions.
Provide basic billing and insurance clarification.
Deliver empathetic, supportive customer service throughout the patient’s recovery process.
Meet and maintain performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
Utilize CRM/ERP systems to document patient interactions and follow-up needs.
Requirements/Education:
Previous telesales or call center experience.
Strong communication and call-control skills.
Proficiency with basic MS 365 Outlook functions, MS Teams navigation, and accurate typing skills.
Positive, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.
Ability to work onsite in Clearwater, FL.
Quick learner with experience using CRM/ERP systems.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
