What You’ll Do
Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to patients beginning treatment
Educate patients on how to use their prescribed rehab device
Answer questions and provide clear, confident guidance
Assist with basic billing and insurance-related questions
Deliver a positive, empathetic patient experience throughout the process
Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance metrics
Accurately document all interactions in CRM/ERP systems
What We’re Looking For
Previous telesales, inside sales, or call center experience required
Strong communication, persuasion, and call-control skills
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, high-volume environment
Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Teams, and general computer navigation
Quick learner with experience using CRM/ERP systems
Positive, energetic, and patient-focused mindset
Ability to work onsite in Clearwater, FL
